This photograph is interesting because the amount of light is small compared to the others.There seem to be two light sources, a wide blue band and a thinner white one, that were drawn with definite purpose, as if they were traveling down a road.They both act as subjects.This photo probably had a faster shutter speed, as it would not take that long to draw the pathways, and a slow one would have let in too much light from the other sources.Which brings up the next point, there is a lot of ambient light around the drawn parts, to illuminate the surroundings.This is the only picture where the sources of the other lights are visible.
